Silicon Legal represented Sagetap as they raised a $6.8 million Seed round.

Sagetap is building the first online platform that helps tech buyers anonymously discover & meet with B2B SaaS startups solving their biggest problems.

The round was led by NFX, with participation from Uncorrelated Ventures and Emergent Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Sagetap client team includes Guy Ladetzky, Mike Perez, Charlie Clark and Derrick Metriyakool.
