Silicon Legal is representing Sharethrough in its merger with District M.

Sharethrough, one of the world’s largest ad exchanges, with direct connections to every major demand-side platform, over 12k publisher websites and powering over 350 billion monthly impressions, announced its plans to merge with District M, a software provider that is also bridging the gap between advertisers and publishers. Once complete, the companies will form a single, more comprehensive ad exchange and double their revenue, positioning them for a potential IPO.
