Silicon Legal represented TipTop as they raised a $23MM Series A round.
Still a (semi) stealth startup, TipTop will offer a consumer finance solution for a changing web, working on systems at the intersection of fiat and crypto.
The round was led by a16z, with participation from various angel investors.
The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Michael Young, John Koerper and Lynn Stahli.
