Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Atomic Industries’ $17 million Seed round.

Atomic Industries is helping automate the most difficult parts of tool and die making.

The round was led by Narya and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, 8090 Industries, Acequia Capital New Industrials, Porsche Ventures, Yamaha Motor Ventures, Impatient Ventures, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Toyota Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Coleman Cannon, Mike Perez, and Charlie Clark.
