Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Syzygy Plasmonics’ $76MM Series C Round.

Syzygy Plasmonics is commercializing a new technology that turns traditional catalysts into high efficiency photocatalysts.

The round was led by Carbon Direct Capital and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Aramco Ventures, Chevron Technology Ventures, LOTTE CHEMICAL, EVOK Innovations, The Engine, Equinor Ventures, Goose Capital, Horizon Ventures, Pan American Energy and Sumitomo Corporation of Americas.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, P. Charu Satia, Mike Perez and Michael Levin.
