Silicon Legal represented Upscale AI as they raised $5.5 million in Pre-Seed and Seed rounds.

Upscale AI is a company that uses generative AI to create and target streaming TV ads.

The Seed round was led by NVP Capital with participation from M12, Eniac Ventures, SuperAngel.Fund, Breakpoint Capital, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Upscale AI client team includes Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Josh Fuller, and Derrick Metriyakool.
