Silicon Legal represented Upscribe as they raised a $4MM Seed Round.

Upscribe enables eCommerce merchants to leverage the true power of subscriptions to move beyond recurring transactions to build long-lasting customer relationships.

The round was led by Uncork Capital with participation from Leaders Fund, The House Fund, Roach Capitals and Shippo CEO Laura Behrens Wu.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Tina Lee and Lynn Stahli.
