Silicon Legal represented Vectr Fintech Partners as they joined Percent’s $30 million Series B round.

Percent is developing a modern credit marketplace, empowering investors, borrowers, and underwriters with innovative technology to increase the speed and velocity of transactions at a fraction of the cost.

The round was led by White Star Capital and included investments from, in addition to Vectr Fintech Partners, B Capital Group, Susquehanna Private Equity Investments LLLP, BDMI, and Forte Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Vectr Fintech Partners client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and John Koerper.
