Silicon Legal represented Wispr as they raised a $10MM Seed II Round.

Wispr is a frontier-tech consumer electronics company building a more natural neural interface to interact with technology.

The round included participation from Neo, Triple Point Capital, MVP Ventures, Paradigm Ventures, various angel investors and existing investors NEA and 8VC.

The Silicon Legal client team included Natasha Hsieh, Gaurav Mathur, Charlie Clark and Lynn Stahli.
