Silicon Legal represented Yosemite as they joined Azalea Therapeutics’ $82 million seed and Series A round.

Azalea Therapeutics is a biotechnology company redefining precision genomic medicines in vivo by engineering therapeutic cells directly inside each patient.

The round was led by Third Rock Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Yosemite, RA Capital Management, Sozo Ventures, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Yosemite client team includes Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Madelyn Tarr, Michelle Chern, and Navneet Mattu.
