Silicon Legal represented Yosemite as they joined Turquoise Health’s $30 million Series B round.

Turquoise Health is developing a marketplace for patients, providers, and payers to share price transparency data and eliminate the financial complexity of healthcare.

The round was led by Adams Street Partners and included investments from, in addition to Yosemite, Andreessen Horowitz, and BoxGroup.

Silicon Legal’s Yosemite client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, and Madelyn Tarr.
