Tina Lee is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Tina represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Tina also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.

Prior to joining SLS, Tina was an associate at Fenwick & West LLP.

Tina received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. She is licensed to practice law in California and Washington State.

When not at work, Tina enjoys hiking with her dog, collecting indoor plants, and discovering new restaurants.
