Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they led Shyft’s $16 million Series B round.

Shyft is a fintech-powered marketplace on a mission to change the moving and relocation industry.

The round was led by Munich Re Ventures, with participation from OurCrowd, Inovia Capital and Blumberg Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Kevin Morrissey, Larry Suh, Jon Loebl, Vishal Ganesan and Michael Levin.
