Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Meilisearch’s $15 Series A round.
Meilisearch is an open-source search engine that fits effortlessly into apps, websites and workflow.
In addition to Felicis, the round included investments from CRV, LocalGlobe, ESOP, Mango Capital, Seedcamp and angel investor, Guillermo Rauch.
The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Bryce Wilson, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
