Silicon Legal represented Moment Ventures as they joined Laylo’s recent strategic investment round.

The round was led by Eldridge, and in addition to Moment Ventures, included participation from Third Prime Ventures, LVRN Management and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Larry Suh and Michael Levin.
