Silicon Legal represented SubjectWell as they raised a $35 million Series B round.

SubjectWell matches patients with clinical trials, creating the first clinical trials marketplace for people suffering from chronic health conditions.

The round was led by Asset Management Ventures, with participation from Bertelsmann and all existing investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Guy Ladetzky, Gaurav Mathur, Kevin Morrissey, Chris Rosene, Michael Levin and Corin Medrano.
