Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Cassidy’s $10 million Series A round.

Cassidy is an AI automation platform that enables non-technical teams to design and deploy context-aware workflows.

The round was led by HOF Capital and included investments from, in addition to Neo, The General Partnership, Alumni Ventures, Quest Venture Partners and other investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
