Bryce Wilson is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

His practice focuses on navigating emerging companies through the unique needs and complexities of the startup ecosystem, from as early as formation through exit. Bryce also has extensive experience working with venture capital investors on portfolio company investments and management. His approach to legal representation is driven by a passion for entrepreneurship, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to build long-term partnerships with his clients.

Before joining SLS, Bryce worked as an associate for Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in Denver, Colorado where he represented public and private companies in capital market, M&A, financing, and other transactional matters. Bryce received his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.

Outside of the office, Bryce enjoys long drives with his family as they discover charming locations across the western United States.
