Silicon Legal represented Britive as they raised a $20.5 million Series B Round.
Britive develops a cloud-native platform for automating multi-cloud privilege identity management across data, infrastructure, and applications.
The round was led by Pelion Venture Partners with participation from Liberty Global Ventures, Crosslink Capital, and One Way Ventures.
Silicon Legal’s Britive client team includes Sarah Boulden, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Vishal Ganesan, and Lisa Schlinkert.
