Silicon Legal represented CleanJoule as they raised a $50 million round.

CleanJoule is developing sustainable aviation fuels using agricultural residues and other waste biomass.

The round was led by Indigo Partners with participation from GenZero, Cleanhill Partners, Frontier Airlines, Wizz Air, and Volaris.
