Silicon Legal Strategy represented Derapi as it raised $7 million in Seed funding.

Derapi is a software company building the connective infrastructure for the distributed energy ecosystem.

The round was led by Earthshot Ventures with participation from Tuesday Capital, Susquehanna Sustainable Investments, WYVC, Breakthrough Venture Capital, WovenEarth Ventures, Radicle Impact, Raisewell Ventures, E8 Angels, GreenSky Capital, Aurora Venture Investments, UNION, Ubiquity Ventures, and M1C.

Silicon Legal Strategy’s Derapi client team includes Brian Schlinkert, Kevin Morrissey, Robert Moore, and Lynn Stahli.
