Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they co-led Resourcely’s $8 million seed round.

Resourcely offers a simple and powerful policy-as-code interface that teams like platform, DevOps, and security use to set requirements and use the cloud effectively.

In addition to Felicis, the round was co-led by Andreessen Horowitz and included participation from various other angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
