Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined PredictSpring’s $16 million Series B round.

PredictSpring is the leading Omnichannel commerce platform, designed exclusively for brands and retailers.

The round included participation from Felicis Ventures, Salesforce Ventures and Novel TMT Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
