Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Semgrep’s $53 million Series C round.
Semgrep is a code scanning tool designed for both security and software engineers.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners and included investments from Felicis Ventures, Redpoint Ventures and Sequoia Capital.
Silicon Legal’s Felicis Ventures client team includes Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Charlie Clark and Chris Rosene.
