Verkada builds modern security solutions that help enterprises run safer, smarter buildings.

In addition to Felicis Ventures, the round included investments from Linse Capital, MSD Partners, Sequoia Capital, Next47 and Meritech Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
