Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Topkey’s’s $5.2 million Seed round.

Topkey is developing a financial operating system designed to ease the operations of short-term rental property managers.

In addition to Felicis Ventures, the round included investments from Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, Liquid 2 Ventures, Assurant Ventures, and Derive Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Felicis Ventures client team includes Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Gaurav Mathur, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Kevin Morrissey, Mike Perez, Charlie Clark, and Chris Rosene.
