Silicon Legal represented Higharc as they raised a $53M Series B round.

Higharc is a connected homebuilding cloud platform to design, sell, and build homes and communities.

The round was led by Spark Capital and Pillar VC with participation from SE Ventures, Fifth Wall, Starwood Capital, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Higharc client team includes Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, Larry Suh, and Corin Medrano.
