Silicon Legal represented Keye as they raised a $5 million Seed round.

Keye is an AI platform for private equity diligence.

The round was led by Sorenson Capital with participation from General Catalyst, Y Combinator, ERA, Tiferes Ventures, Dunamu Ventures, Palm Drive Capital, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Keye client team includes P. Charu Satia, Michelle Chern, and Lisa Schlinkert.
