Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined Dayforward’s $25 million early stage round.

Dayforward is developing a life insurance platform intended to bring financial security to families across America.

The round was led by AXA Venture Partners and included investments from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, HSCM Ventures and Juxtapose.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Kevin Morrissey, Adam Derry, Larry Suh, Madelyn Tarr, Jon Loebl, Vishal Ganesan, and Michael Levin.
