Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined HELIXintel’s Series A round.

HELIXintel is developing a simple and intuitive digital platform to help businesses of any size or industry organize, track and care for their facility and equipment.

The round was led by National Grid Partners and included investments from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, Stellifi, Motivate Ventures, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Munich Re Ventures client team includes Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Kevin Morrissey, Adam Derry, Madelyn Tarr, Larry Suh, Jon Loebl, Michael Levin, and Vishal Ganesan.
