Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined SPAN’s $96 million series B-2 round.

SPAN is reinventing the 100-year-old electrical panel and is developing products that enable electrification and simplify the adoption of clean energy including solar, batteries, and electric vehicles.

The round was led by Wellington Management and, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, included investments from Congruent Ventures, Capricorn Investment Group, Qualcomm Ventures, Fifth Wall, A/O PropTech, Amazon’s Alexa Fund, and others.
