Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they joined Sweet Security’s $33 million Series A round.
Sweet Security is developing runtime security solutions for cloud operations.
The round was led by Evolution Equity Partners and included investments from, in addition to Munich Re Ventures, Glilot Capital Partners.
Silicon Legal’s Munich Re Ventures client team includes Ryan Southerland, Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey, Adam Derry, Madelyn Tarr, Larry Suh, and Vishal Ganesan.
