Silicon Legal represented Munich Re Ventures as they led OKAPI:Orbits’ €5.5 million seed round.

OKAPI:Orbits is an innovative German SaaS startup dedicated to make space travel more sustainable through Collision Avoidance Software for satellites.

The round was led by Munich Re Ventures, with participation from Dolby Family Ventures, Herius Capital, APEX Ventures and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Kevin Morrissey, Larry Suh, Jon Loebl and Vishal Ganesan.
