Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Augment’s $12 million Series A round.

Augment is developing technology to help private markets become more liquid.

The round was led by Builders VC with participation from, in addition to Neo, Golden Section, E1 Ventures, Corp Capital, and OPCO Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Nicole Nazarian, Michelle Chern, and Josh Fuller.
