Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Chai Discovery’s $130 million Series B round.

Chai Discovery is an AI company that predicts and reprograms the interactions between biochemical molecules to accelerate life-changing therapeutics.

The round was led by Oak HC/FT and General Catalyst, with participation from, in addition to Neo, Thrive Capital, Yosemite, SV Angel, Emerson Collective, Menlo Ventures, OpenAI, Dimension, and individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
