Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Chai Discovery’s $70 million Series A round.

Chai Discovery is an AI company that predicts and reprograms the interactions between biochemical molecules to accelerate life-changing therapeutics.

The round was led by Menlo Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Anthology Fund, Yosemite, DST Global Partners, SV Angel, Avenir, DCVC, Thrive Capital, OpenAI, Dimension, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
