Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Flint’s $5 million seed round.

Flint is a provider of a platform that delivers autonomous websites that build themselves.

The round was led by Accel and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
