Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Inertia Enterprises’ $450 million Series A financing round.

Inertia Enterprises is a developer of commercial fusion energy systems.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and included investments from, in addition to Neo, GV (Google Ventures), Modern Capital, Threshold Ventures, Uncork Capital, Long Journey Ventures, WndrCo, and IQT.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Nicole Nazarian, Michelle Chern, and Josh Fuller.
