Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Medra’s $52 million Series A round.

Medra is pioneering physical AI systems that autonomously execute and iteratively optimize scientific experiments to accelerate drug discovery.

The round was led by Human Capital and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Lux Capital, NFDG, Catalio Capital Management, Menlo Ventures, 776, Fusion Fund, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Nicole Nazarian, Michelle Chern, and Josh Fuller.
