Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Yuzu Health’s $35 million Series A.

Yuzu Health is a next-generation third-party administrator (TPA) that serves as the infrastructure behind health insurance plans.

The round was led by General Catalyst and Chemistry and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Anthropic’s Anthology Fund, Bain Future Back Ventures, Timeless Ventures, and Lachy Groom.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian, and Nikhil Sharma.
