Silicon Legal represented Reframe Systems as they raised a $20 million Series A round.

Reframe Systems is a physical AI company automating the homebuilding process.

The round was led by Eclipse and VoLo Earth Ventures with participation from MassMutual Catalyst Funds, Cubit Capital, Planetary Health at RA Capital Management, Saga Ventures, and Nor’easter Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Reframe Systems client team includes P. Charu Satia, Andre Gharakhanian, John Koerper, and Stephanie Becerra.
