Silicon Legal represented Relace as they raised a $23 million Series A round.

Relace is building specialized infrastructure for AI coding agents.

The round was led by Andreessen Horowitz with participation from Matrix Partners and Y Combinator.

Silicon Legal’s Relace client team includes Coleman Cannon, Josh Fuller, Milan Kumar, and Lynn Stahli.
