Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined AM Batteries’ $25MM Series A round.

AM Batteries is working to industrialize a solvent free electrode manufacturing technology for Li-ion batteries and beyond.

The round was led by Anzu Partners and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, TDK Ventures, Foothill Ventures, Zeon Ventures, SAIC Capital, VinFast, Doral Energy-Tech Ventures and Creative Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, P. Charu Satia, Mike Perez and Michael Levin.
