Silicon Legal represented Trucks Venture Capital as they led a strategic fundraise for Verne, bringing their total funding to $15.5MM including grant funding.

Verne is developing high-density hydrogen storage solutions to decarbonize heavy-duty transportation.

In addition to Trucks Venture Capital, the round included investments from Collaborative Fund, Climate Pledge Fund, United Airlines Ventures Sustainable Flight Fund, and Newlab.
