Silicon Legal represented Yosemite as it joined Proxima’s $80 million Seed round.

Proxima is an AI-native biotechnology company developing proximity-based therapeutics through large-scale structural proteomics and advanced machine learning.

The round was led by DCVC and included investments from, in addition to Yosemite, NVentures, Braidwell, Roivant, AIX Ventures, Magnetic Ventures, Alexandria Venture Investments, Modi Ventures, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Yosemite client team includes Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Madelyn Tarr, Michelle Chern, and Navneet Mattu.
