Solve Therapeutics is a biotech developing antibody-drug conjugates enabled by a novel linker technology.
In addition to Yosemite, the round included investments from Abingworth, Ally Bridge Group and Merck & Co.
Silicon Legal’s Yosemite client team includes Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Madelyn Tarr, Michelle Chern and Navneet Mattu.
