Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Tines’ $55 million extended Series B round.

Tines is an automation platform designed to allow anyone to automate any manual task, regardless of complexity. No apps, plugins, or custom code required.

In addition to Felicis, the round included investments from Accel, Blossom Capital, Addition and Lux Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Bryce Wilson, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
