Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led GreenPlace’s $4 million seed round.

GreenPlaces builds tools that make climate compliance and communication transparent, straightforward and engaging, taking the complexity out of corporate sustainability.

In addition to Felicis, the round included investments from Bull City Venture Partners and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Bryce Wilson, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
