Silicon Legal represented Rakuten Ventures, as they led Dexter’s $2.3 million Series Seed financing. Dexter is a betaworks-backed company that helps people build integration-based apps. In addition to Rakuten Ventures, the round included investments from Social Starts and betaworks. The Silicon Legal client team included Aravinda Seshadri, Brian Schlinkert, Natasha Arora and Corin Medrano.
