Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they co-led Goldsky’s $20 million seed round.

Goldsky empowers developers to quickly spin up realtime APIs using data stored on Ethereum and other networks.

In addition to Felicis, the round was co-led by Dragonfly Capital and included participation from various other angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, Natasha Hsieh, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee, Mike Perez, Chris Rosene and Michael Levin.
